Is a boutique specialty national business lender consultant with multilayered underwriting policies. We utilize a wide network of underwriters and funding partners. We are nimble enough to be responsive to individual customers’ needs while also being resourceful enough to fulfill those needs in the long term. We are solution-oriented and listen with focus, desire, and energy to meet our client’s objectives.

Including a/v for film/tv, productions and post, live entertainment covering live sound, video, lighting and staging industries, the automotive collision repair, food processing and baking systems. We have also been very successful & assisted our partner funding sources to build successful Vendor Finance Programs with major national manufacturer brands. 

Apex Leasing & Finance, Inc Was Formed in 2004 by Ardy Barahman in Woodland Hills, California

Our initial years were focused on helping our partner lenders get access and build their brand into industries and markets we had experience and knowledge of and have now expanded our services directly to our wide client base.

Our Specialty

Is providing our Vendor Partners with Vendor Finance Programs (VFP). This allows for seamless client application processing under our Vendor Partners name and brand.

Ardy Barahman

Is a graduate of the University of London with an honors degree in Economics and Finance and has been involved in the equipment leasing and finance business since 1985. He has been involved in providing financial solutions and advisory services to small and medium-size companies for more than 35 years.
